Great Location and Friendly Staff

I had a pleasant stay due to the convenient location near family and the fantastic staff who were always ready to help. the noise levels from neighboring rooms and outside made it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep, which could definitely use some improvement.

Hotel as a whole is extremely convenient, I appreciated it.

Everything looks excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The rooms are tidy and well-equipped, with central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Private bathroom is clean.

The room turned out to be huge and big size with thoughtful touches like a walk through wardrobe in the bath area, a good bed plus higher value. Coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators were a big plus. The staff was welcoming and exceptional and around most of the time.

The units here are nicely equipped and have everything you need, all while being impeccably clean. 🧼.

I absolutely loved my stay at Gateway Motel. the hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from a great pub for a delicious meal after a long day. I appreciated having a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control in my double room, which made it very convenient. the staff were friendly and really made my stay comfortable. It’s situated in a quiet area with easy access to public transport and a lovely bistro nearby. Plus, the property is only 1 km from Picnic Point Reserve. I enjoyed a fine and gorgeous meal in the lounge area as well.

This place offers a clean, modern unit with pristine cleanliness and quality linens.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, but everything was lovely. This hotel has a fantastic central location near public transport. It’s also close to major food outlets and an amazing bistro, plus there are games in the back for the kids to enjoy.

I had a comfortable stay with no complaints. the accommodation is perfect, situated in a lovely setting near the local pub, a café, and a games area for kids. My twin room included free WiFi and a great bed. the staff were superbly friendly and exceptionally helpful. Plus, the reasonably priced breakfast was delicious.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Noise from nearby guests was disruptive at night.

Our recent stay at the motel was very convenient for visiting our elderly parent nearby. Despite the close proximity to a main road, the facilities were great and the staff couldn't have been nicer. We appreciated their efforts to relocate us after noise disturbances. The location, quality of the rooms, and excellent service make this motel a recommended choice for future stays.

The spacious and comfy rooms were a plus. the location was very convenient; it was in close proximity to our elderly parents, making family visits much easier. we were grateful for the hotel's cleanliness. the windows and tracks were very clean, which is not something you always find in hotels.

There were several negatives that detracted from our overall experience. we were disappointed with the noise levels from the nearby main road.

We loved that we could fill our hungry bellies at the pub right next door - the food was seriously amazing! everything about the place was lovely, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel very welcome. We had a great time enjoying the whole place and the facilities like the comfortable beds and clean rooms that provided good value for money.

It's a shame that we couldn't get a peaceful night's sleep due to some noisy neighbours, though we do understand that this may be a one-off issue.

The hotel has a great location and easy access to main roads, which is perfect for traveling. , the facilities are well-maintained and modern. The fast speed of Wi-Fi helped me keep up with Christmas messages.

The major drawback of this hotel is that you can hear everything that goes around which makes it difficult to have a good night's sleep. On Christmas Eve, the noise outside was especially loud and I woke up several times during the night.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with amazing facilities. the location was perfect for me as it was close to my friend's house who was celebrating his 40th birthday. Additionally, the hotel was close to shops, making it convenient for me to buy some necessities during my stay. The hotel also had a great bistro that served delicious food, which made for a fantastic meal after a long day. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay.

Almost perfect, I couldn't ask for more from this hotel.
